Fabuleux 
Excellente équipe d’animation autant pour les enfants que pour les adultes. Yoga Pilates stretching aqua gym, mini disco mini club au Top. Je salue Zen, Ruben, Rafica et le reste de l’équipe. Ma fille a adorée. Du coup s’est réservé pour l’année prochaine.
Gros soucis avec le service en salle du resto. A part 1-2 personnes mieux formées (plus anciens à mon avis…) les autres ont laissés bcp à désirer : aucun débarras de la table entre 2 repas. Par contre, une soir après avoir mis une demi-heure pour faire tous les queux et mettre tout sur la table, on est parti chercher une tomate et au retour toute notre table était débarrassé…plus rien alors qu’il y avait aussi nos pulls et un sac! J’étais outrée ! Les 2 filles qui étaient en charge étaient trop occupés à papoter que dire de plus. Même chose s’est passé une autre soir au moment du dessert : nos 3 pots de glace ramassés ensemble avec mon gilet et le doudou de ma fille en moins de 3 minutes d’absence (en cherchant un verre d’eau)… au moins cette fois-ci nous avons eu le droit à des excuses tout de suite sans avoir aller se plaindre.

Le personnel et le style.
La nourriture congelé ou de mauvaise qualité. Car manger des fruits pas mûr ou congelé car encore glacé ce n’est pas normal. Ménage fait sommairement et aucune femme de ménage ne regarde si il vous reste du savon ou shampoings… Et j’en passe…

« Très bel endroit pour se reposer en couple et idéal pour les familles »
Très bel hôtel bien situé à 5 minutes à pieds de plusieurs jolies plages et commerces. Facile d’accès depuis et vers l’aéroport via 2 bus. L’ensemble du personnel est charmant et vous accueille toujours avec le sourire que ce soit à la réception, aux repas, à la piscine, au bar et les dames qui font le ménage sans répit !Chambre climatisée, spacieuse, équipée d’une terrasse ,d’un petit frigo avec 1 bouteille d’eau, savon, shampoing, conditionner, sèche cheveux. Le tout très propre ainsi que les communs qui sont toujours très bien entretenus. Grande piscine propre avec jets massants. L’amplitude horaire des 3 repas est très large. La nourriture est moyenne. Préférer les produits frais qui eux sont de qualité. Grand choix de boissons et de snack toute la journée
